SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN POLICY

The Destinations

Virtually our products can be shipped to any country in the world except for those products that are restricted or impossible to ship to certain destinations. If your order is impossible to ship, we will contact you.

Delivery time

The total delivery time is the sum of the delivery time and the shipping time.

Shipping Time = the period between shipping and delivery of your order. (It usually takes about 5-25 business days depending on the shipping method and destination).

However, please note that any delivery time or date, time, or period mentioned herein, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are estimates only and are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons. , some of which may be beyond our control. As soon as the package is shipped, you will be contacted to receive the tracking number with the link of the courier who has been entrusted with the shipment. Thanks to these two data that we will provide you, you will be able to check the shipment to its destination.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will be entitled to a full refund. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped. If an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible for us to cancel or modify it.

Items damaged in transit

If an item is found visibly damaged upon receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the package and contacting us within 72 hours, as well as providing us with the following evidence:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packing box;

2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item;

3. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or part of the package.

Our sales manager will communicate with you for more information.

Replacement Product available within 60/90 days

Refundable situation

1. The received item is wrong. Provided it is not used, please follow the warranty procedure and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and return the item of your order to the address we will provide to you;

 ATTENTION: the item must be free from damage or defects. (All parts must be returned.)

In this case, the customer is obliged to pay the shipping costs for the return.

Factory defective object situation

1. Product ordered with a factory defect is acceptable and must be returned. (All parts must be returned), to the address, we will provide.

Repairable and non-refundable situation

Disassembly

Misuse, unofficial changes to firmware or software, or any other cause of damage are not covered;

Warranty for the repair

 The customer will pay the shipping costs for the return of the object to be repaired, and the cost of returning the repaired item; The customer will receive a total repair cost estimate. The store will send your items for repair and provide you with a quote for additional costs during the repair.

2. Any scratches or damage on the packaging and appearance.

3. Any scratches or damage to the screen and motherboard or other unauthorized third-party repairs.

Unrepairable, non-refundable situation

Expired warranty or problems not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

All those objects that have been tampered with, damaged involuntarily or voluntarily, and returned in conditions no longer like new are to be considered items without warranty and refund. In these cases, the purchase will not be refundable but a repair can be evaluated. Shipping is paid by the buyer as explained in the paragraph above.
